Not much. 6.0.3 came out to support the IIx and SEx (aka SE/30). The Apple File Exchange got some fixing, Responder changed, and the System file itself got some changes. Oh, there were hooks left in the System for 32-Bit QuickDraw. You want 6.0.3 if you: are running an SEx, or IIx, use Apple File Exchange, have a gripe with Responder that they might have fixed, want to use 32-Bit QuickDraw, or just have to have the latest stuff on your disk. If, on the other hand, you are happy with your Macintosh on 6.0.2, are getting work done, and don't want to mess with success, don't bother. In your case, you have 6.0.3 running, keep it.
