Some clarifications:

	The file is on boulder.colorado.edu in /pub.
	There is an anonymous ftp account which accepts any password.
	The file is called mactivation.3.2.sit.hqz.Z
	It is stuffited (w/ version 1.5.1), binhexed (v 4.0), and compressed
		(on unix ala Lempel-Ziv).
	
	I don't know how to get it to your mac, please don't ask me.  Ask 
		someone who knows how at your site.
	Yes, it will get to comp.binaries.mac.
