Sunnyvale CA Lines: 16 Since wishlists are starting up again, I'll add my two cents: I'd like a way to select disjoint parts of a file name and have them behave as wildcards, eg., FILEname.EXT (where the caps are selected/highlighted) would select any file with 'name.' in it and fILENAME.ext would select any file starting with 'f' and ending with '.ext'. An extension to the standard file dialog to allow multiple selection would accomplish the same thing and eliminate the problem of applications not supporting multiple selection or using different mechanisms like shift-click, drag, cmmd-S, cmmd-A, etc. Please fix my pet peeve in system 7.0. mike ching
