I have finally got hold of the Technical Notes stack and I must say I'm
impressed. This is the proper way to deal with the technotes. However, I
have one problem. When I try to print a note to my ImageWriter I only
get three lines on top of every page. Some waste of paper...

Another question: how will it be updated? I really don't want to replace
the whole 1.9MB when a new technote is issued.
