MPW runs on a 1 meg system, you just can't use some of the more complicated tools, but MPW 2.0 runs a 1 meg system. Also those unix applications your running where text based which demands a lot less resouces in terms of CPU and memory, also Unix has virtual memory, so even though you only had 64K, I think your real memory requirements might surprise you.
