Any DSP programmers out there???

I am trying to program the DSP to simply send a clock pulse out the
DSP port.  I am using the SSI (becase I will use the SCI later).  I am
having trouble getting started with this and was wondering if there
is anyone out there I who would respond to some email questions about 
this?
