Those who have picked up the tcsh from BRL or Ruth Milner (thanks Ruth)
might want to pick this up too; it's for my 4d port only.  The patch fixes
two things:  tty setup (tty stuck on ONLRET, eg. after one does "stty
sane") and builtin time command (gave wrong times).  Anonymous ftp to
me.toronto.edu (128.100.49.1) and fetch the file "pub/tcsh/PATCH.4d", file
is <4K.
