uucp.arc, which is a heavily modified uupc 1.5 (interim.arc) and
includes the (semi-broken) Z-100 support, is available from
clutx.clarkson.edu via anon ftp as pub/uupc.arc

I skipped the docs, if you are playing with it you need to read the
source anyway.  :-)  Besides, they are incomplete and out of date.  If
you want them, get interim.arc from the simtel20 archives.
