Engr Lines: 18 I need a dvi translator for my Star Gemini 10X (old but still working). I was hoping the DVIEPS and DVIE72 would work, but my "epson compatible" isn't compatible enough. If you have one or know about a free one, would you please send me the info. If I don't hear from anyone, I will try my hand at making the necessary adjustments to DVIEPS, as soon as I get a 'C' compiler. I read that DVIEPS was compiled with MSC, but I'm leaning towards Turbo C -- I will also probably have Quick C, as it is available at a considerable discount to university students. For those of you familiar with the subject, are the differences between the compilers going to pose a significant problem? For those of you wondering, the source code, documentation, and MSDOS .exe files for a multitude of DVI translators are available via anonymous FTP from science.utah.edu. -- Kevin Allred allred@emx.cc.utexas.edu allred@ut-emx.UUCP
