My ambition is to measure things like keyclick expansion time when editing in different workloads (simulate multi- window work sessions), I/O, Graphics and Network I/O. My project runs for this summer and the following workstations will be compared (available inhouse): DECstation 3100, VAXstation 3200, SUN Sparcstation,SONY NWS-1530, DataGeneral AViiON 300, SUN 3/50 3/60 and IBM RT. Everything will be written in C and csh. Sincerely Hans ------------------------------------------ Hans Djurfeldt S-411 01 GOTHENBURG Sweden hansd@brask.cs.chalmers.se
