Hi, ya, wizards!  I have some questions on writing device driver.
I need to write a device driver for a proprietary ethernet board, I'll
be able to obtain hardware specs & software spec from both venders.
I am not sure where to start, so I'd like to know if anyone has done
something similar, would you please drop me a message.  Any hint/pointer
or reference will be greatly appreciated.
