NeWS definitely will be able plot yoru postscript on the Sun display.
graphics terminal?  probably not.  does your graphics terminal like postscript?

NeWS certainly supports color - it's the basis of the X11/NeWS windowing
system which does support full color (24-bit if you have the hardware).
