Please excuse this cry for help...

Does anyone have some simple code to display a gray-scale picture
(array of grey-scale values) in a window?  That is, it sets up the
colormap and all that other stuff.  I'm having a devil of a time
trying to figure it out from the Xlib/Xt docs.  Something that works
with/in Xt would be best.
