I'm looking at using Stanford's InterViews package for a UI I'm designing.
However, I currently only have access to Gnu G++.  I ftped the InterViews
2.4 software from stanford and got the diffs from prep.ai.mit.edu for the
G++ changes.  Well the diffs are clearly for a much older version of
InterViews and it doesn't come close to compiling.

So my question, does anyone have the diffs for the lastest versions ?
Please save me from fixing this myself ... I'm a c++ novice!
