I have a machine which generally allows both absolute and indirect addressing (via registers) of memory. Thus, I generally use the 'm' mode in insn definitions. I have one instruction, however, which allows only indirect addressing -- no absolute addressing allowed. How can I specify this in the machine definition? thanks. kurt -- Kurt Baudendistel --- GRA Georgia Tech, School of Electrical Engineering, Atlanta, GA 30332 internet: baud@eedsp.gatech.edu uucp: gatech!gt-eedsp!baud
