The new Objective C front end is part of the compiler, like the C
and C++ front ends.  I believe it will be assigned to the FSF and
copylefted.

I do not yet know whether the language is any different
from that supported by previous compilers.  I would expect
that some things, previously used to support preprocessing,
could be simplified.
