The From: line is detected as not matching the effective sender, and a Sender: line is added by the news/mail software to indicate who effectively sent the letter. The presence of Sender: news@somemachine is very often pure noise; it is often a side effect of the use of NNTP to post messages, when inews is called by news, which does not match the From: line. We don't see Sender: mail@somemachine on all our mail messages, do we...
