Attention All Helpful Gurus reading this list to answer questions
(and you are a fine bunch of people doing a great job from what I
can see):

Other newsgroups devoted to specific topics often have monthly
Frequently Asked Questions articles that are submitted via cron(1)
with the latest set of helpful answers-in-advance.

My suggestion is that such a beast be built here, but with a more
frequent than monthly distribution -- say every two weeks.
