Quit yer whining! n.n.q is obviously a good idea.  Clearly only those
willing to tolerate simple questions need read it.  Why should it offend
others? Trivial questions? To who? Surely not those who post here.  I'm
sure it's a blessing to many confused users. 

The whole thing rests on those who are willing and able to act as
teachers.  Although I'm a (relatively) experienced netter, I've learned
some very useful things.
