I'm using an old executable of B news V2 R11 patchlevel 14, and find
that expire terminates with an rc=3 (in the cron log file).  I checked
expire.c but found nothing that would produce an exit code of 3.  What
does it mean?  Where can I find it in the source code?  Thanks.
