Lately, I am not so sure. In my last two orders they managed to: - enter and ship a line item twice - enter a line item as shipped but not send it - send defective merchandise - send incomplete merchandise - send the wrong merchandise. I have had lots of time, so dealing with this has been no great hassle. However, I am curious what other people's recent experiences have been.
