They are trimming down their IC stock, and apparently have hired an outside company to take phone orders for them. I have had items substituted for similar, but not identical items. I have been billed for much higher amounts than their catalog lists. I have been repeatedly hung-up on by their service department who can't figure out how to use the "hold" feature of their phones. I have been given a terrible run-around whenever they made mistakes on my order. If anyone has an alternative to Jameco for electronic supplies and parts, please let me know. Thomas E.
