I, too, have had problems with Jameco recently. I ordered an AT i/o board from them and asked that it be shipped overnight. Two days later when it hadn't arrived I called. They said they had no record of the order, that they would track it down, and that they would reship if, and only if, they were sure the first one hadn't gone out. In the mean time we discovered that they had shipped the first one, but had neglected to put anybody's name anywhere on or in the package so the receiving dept. here didn't know who to contact. I called Jameco back and told them what happened and they assured me it wouldn't happen again. The next day the second (reshipped) board arrived with nobody's name in evidence. I called them again, and told them I very unhappy and would be sending the (mistakenly reshipped) board back. After two months I still have not received a refund. I don't know if I'd accuse them of malice, just gross incompetence. -- Jeff MacDonald ([decvax|ulowell]!cg-atla!jmacdon) Agfa/Compugraphic Division 200-2-9F 200 Ballardvale, Wilmington MA 01887 (508) 658-0200, extension 5406
