	A position is available starting September 1, 1989 for work on a
centralized computer database for lipid phase transitions and miscibility.
Requirements include superior programming expertise, a solid understanding of
lipid/liquid-crystal poly-/mesomorphism and phase science and an interest in
tabular and graphical databases and database management. A Ph.D in
Biochemistry, Chemistry, Materials Science or related field desirable but not
required. Applicants should submit a curriculum vitae and a letter describing
how past experience would relate to future goals and arrange for two letters of
