I am seeking information/reports on the selection of a "corporate/university
mail system".  Ideally, this would be a final report of a task-force formed
to select such a system by a large university.

Please do not send me personal opinions on selecting a mail system, however
useful you may think they may be.  I am simply trying to gather official
(or quasi-official) reports from other institutions.
