  There are two flavors of emacs for the Macintosh.  One is MacJove (there is
an internet site you can ftp the latest version from) and the other is
microemacs which an individual at Dartmouth modified for the Mac (has
scroll bars etc  that is version 3.9e).  I have both.  If you would like
me to give you a copy send me email and we can discuss the best way to get
it to you.
