(1) is in the public domain and is available from SIMTEL20.ARMY.MIL in PD1:CYRILIC2.ARC. If you can't FTP, you can get it from one of the mail servers. (2) is public domain/shareware and can be FTP'd from various places. (3) is available from AMS, P.O.Box 1571, Annex station, Providence, RI 02901-1571 for about $40 for s/h. I see Russian letters on screen (as well as Latin), and can switch the keyboard to standard Russian layout, and I get pretty good output in a variety of sizes. I've been told that AMS will soon start distributing an updated version of the fonts, compatible, in particular, with my Russian TeX hyphenation patterns.
