So what I'm planning to do is to use some graphics library like PHIGS to draw directly to the frame buffer and limit its output to the boundaries of the 3D window. If there are any resize-type events, I'll have to somehow get my program to re-fit the location of the viewable 3D graphics frame buffer and possibly redraw it if it becomes exposed. Does this sound like the way to go? Any other suggestions as to how to mix 3D graphics and X? Please don't tell me to wait for PEX... Please respond directly to me by mail, I will summarize to the net if people are interested. Thanx! Micky arpa: micky@cunixc.cc.columbia.edu uucp: ...!rutgers!columbia!cunixc!micky bitnet: malua@cuvmc
