Showscan Film Corporation, 3939 Landmark Street, Culver City, CA 90232-2315, (213) 558-0150 owns the patent on 60 frame per second cinematography. They market 70mm theaters with computer controled, hydraulically actuated seating, as well as Imax theaters. The realism is awesome! I recently had the opportunity to experience a demonstration film of a sports car racing down hill in the rural European mountains. I nearly wet the seat.
