If anybody knows of another system, I'd be REAL interested in hearing about it. (though it has to be able to scan glossy pictures...) Our requirements are : 400 DPI (A MUST) FAST scan & transfer i.e. SCSI connection Some REASONABLE image storage format. (not JOE's PROPRIETARY FORMAT) 256 shades of grey REASONABLE software library for image manlipulation or at least some software to provide this.
