Would there be any interest in a new group, tentatively called
comp.mgmt or comp.management, which would deal with the issues
of managing computer projects and computer professionals?

comp.software-eng comes close, but there has been very little on:

	motivating computer professionals
	estimating project costs
	tracking projects

although this may be due to no interest.  Anyway, lets 'talk' about it.
I will call a vote if it seems appropriate.
