I have seen people sending bug reports lately to this mailing list.

Don't send bug reports here.  Bug reports are supposed to go to
bug-gnu-emacs@prep.  If you send bug reports here, you will annoy
all the readers, who would have got on bug-gnu-emacs instead 
if they had wanted to see the bug reports.
