Where can I get GCC for DOS?  How much does it cost?  Does it cost, or is
GNU the FSF?  Anonymous ftp is OK, but I need the numerical address
(our ftp doesn't seem to know symbolic addresses -- or I can't figure out
how to get it to know that...).
