I have one of these units I'd sell A&T and with all the bugs worked out for
the first $200 I get.

The unit actually has up to 20 lines and works at well over 10mhz (I forget the
exact specification but I've used it on 12 mhz '286 boards).  The 
one critical function missing that makes me want to sell mine is an 
asynchronous sample mode.  If you are budget-minded, you can simulate
this mode by driving the clock line with an oscillator.  Since my project
was commercial, I simply bought a better unit.
