I have, at home, the catalog that advertises the "Spybuster" or whatever they
call their plane detector.  I'll bring it in tomorrow and post the juicy 
segments.

As I recall from reading the description, it uses the FAA tracking radar
to locate airplanes.  Something about receiving the reflections off of the
planes and calculating distance, etc, from that.  Stay tuned...
