Sorry, I can't help you on those specific genes without going into
the supercomputer myself.  Have you considered applying for a small
amount of time on the San Diego Supercomputer?  It is my experience
that a request for under 5 hours of CPU time does not have to be
considered by the committee and is approved automatically.  GenBank
is currently installed on that machine.
