        Hi,
 I'm having trouble in the preparation of lipossomes in my lab because I don't
 have a good technique.
    if somebody out there could send me a good technique on preparation of
   unilamellar  lipossome vesicles of  l-alfa-lecithin with 25-50 nm in diamete
r I would be very pleased...
