Keith: I have found wsmr-simtel20.army.mil to be spectactularly USELESS
because it ALWAYS REFUSES to be connected to.

I have attributed this to classic military paranoia.  In any case,
simtel20 is not available to us out here in net-land.  Sorry.

(I alsso have never been able to get mail through to you on simtel20.)
