BTW, MKS Toolkit just announced version 3.1.  Basically it includes
1) new manuals (plastic spiral bound (yech!) to the tune of almost
   700 pages (Reference Guide, Users Guide, and Installation Manual),
2) All four (4) models for AWK (including large and floating point),
3) dc (desk calculator)
4) POSIX handles
5) calendar manager (not just 'cal'),
6) a couple of other things that I have forgotten
