I also like this in my ENV file (.kshrc):


	case "$-" in
		*i*)
			#interactive shell stuff here
	esac

I can't remember though, is it "case expr in" or "case expr of".  Oh well.
This is probably slower than the tweak to not bother invoking ENV, but
is A LOT easier to explain to novices who want to use ksh.
