DBXL is a dBASE III+ superclone.  All files are compatible between
the two, it supports all of the dBASE commands and includes the
following:
Window management
Better file control (# of open files)
Arrays
Graphs
and some extended functions.

It retails for $199 US and can be purchased for as low as $110.
I have been a Beta tester for the product for a number of years now
and it is a very tight and accurate package.
