Does anyone know where I can find a copy of it? I've been looking for quite some time. The University of Michigan has it listed in the card catalog, but nobody can find it. Likewise at 3 other state schools. Did someone go through and remove all the copies? Anyone know the publisher; maybe I can contact them.. Oh, and re the payphones in Iowa... I was in Dubuque, where every payphone, including the one glued to the phone company building, cost $.35. Incidentally, the only phone books I saw there were published by Teleconnect... Isn't that the company which earned notoriety by presuming to decide which numbers to allow calls to be placed to?
