Hi,

can somebody explain to me, or provide me with, some algorithms
to handle floating point scaling (Zoom and Reduction if possible)
of color Sun raster images. I would prefer description rather than 
explicit code ( but will accept it anyway 8-)). I tried to figure
out Paul Heckbert's zoom code, without much success. looks too
complicated for me <8-(
