  Hello,

   I would like to know if there is some software around to
  draw arbitrary graphs, you know the things with vertices
  and edges.
   Nothing is known about the graphs (so they need not be
  planar, there may be loops in them, etc...).
   It does not matter what is used as graphics (X-window,
  Turbo Pascal graphics, whatever...), as long as the source
  is available.
