Can anyone recommend a good 2nd book on object-oriented programming
in C++ ? I am looking for a book that's more directed towards
object-oriented design, common traps and pitfalls, class library usage
etc. than just the language (which Lippman covers excellent).

I've seen references to "Object-Oriented Program Design (With examples
in C++)" and Keith Gorlen "Object-Oriented Programming in C++" which
should cover the OOPS library. I would be interested in reviews of these
books or references to any other suitable books/sources.
