I was wondering how we can get a copy of /usr/include/CC/task.h mentioned at the end of the paper. 1) Is this available from AT&T 2) GNU G++? 3) Other, My intent is to do some siumlations and I believe these declarations would be useful. Is there something else that would be more appropriate? I am an old SIMULA programmer and found myself in a familiar world for the first time in 10 years.
