Has anyone heard of a C compiler for the TI 990?

at work we have TI 990's, but are planning to move to a UNIX
machine.  It may be months before we get the new machine, though.
Therefore, it would be nice to have a C compiler for the 990
so that we can start development now.  (The alternative will be
to buy a machine in the interum, which is expensive).
