There is a variable to ask who to send carbon copies to (set askcc), and
what to set the subject to (set ask).  I would like to know of a way to
automatically prompt for the To: line (like a ~t would do).  I generally
have to make adjustments to paths, etc. when replying to mail and I have
not been able to find a way to do this.

Any suggestions?
