About 8 months ago I saw a set of C sources that more or less implemented the
MS-DOS file system in high-level code.  I can't find it.  Does anybody
know where it came from, where it is, and how I can get it?
Simtel20 is not answering my calls lately, if it is there at all. I
honestly can not remember where I saw it.  Help!
