Tim K. will probably correct me if I'm wrong, but last I knew, NCSA Telnet
did not use Apple's DNS resolver.  This means that you have to specify
hosts and nameservers in a "config.tel" file just as in previous versions,
rather than in the MacTCP "hosts" file.
